Contact Lipo Freeze
One telephone number, one conversation, and an honest answer about whether a treatment is right for you. Lipo Freeze works by phone because suitability is an individual question that cannot be settled by a web page.
How to get in touch
A single telephone route, deliberately kept simple
There is one way to reach Lipo Freeze: the telephone.
Telephone: 03300 105 225
That is the whole of it. There is no separate enquiries line and no menu of options to work through. You call the number, you speak to someone, and the conversation starts wherever you want it to start — with a question about a treatment, with a concern you have been putting off raising, or with a request to understand what is involved.
Why a phone conversation rather than anything else
The reason for keeping this to a spoken conversation is not stylistic. Every treatment Lipo Freeze offers carries genuine contraindications, and those are personal rather than general. Fat freezing is unsuitable for anyone with a cold-related condition such as Raynaud's, cold urticaria or cryoglobulinaemia, for anyone with a hernia near the treatment site, and during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Body toning cannot be used by anyone with metal implants, rods, pins or orthopaedic joints, an IUD or contraceptive coil, a bleeding disorder, or cardiac, pulmonary or seizure conditions. Vaginal tightening is not recommended during pregnancy or where a specific medical condition needs professional assessment first.
A list like that looks tidy written down, but it behaves very differently in real life. People are rarely a straightforward yes or no. Somebody may have had an orthopaedic pin fitted years ago in a limb nowhere near the area they want treated. Those are the situations where a checklist fails and a practitioner asking follow-up questions does not. Speaking to a person lets the questions branch in the direction your circumstances actually require, and lets you ask your own questions back in the same breath.
It also means that if a treatment is not appropriate for you, you will be told during that call rather than after an appointment has been arranged.
What happens when you call
The shape of a first conversation, so nothing comes as a surprise
A first call has no fixed script, but it has a recognisable structure. Knowing it in advance tends to make people far more comfortable picking up the phone, particularly where the concern is one they find awkward to discuss.
You describe the concern
In your own words, at whatever level of detail you are comfortable with. There is no need to arrive with the correct terminology or a treatment already chosen.
Treatment options are discussed
Which treatments might address what you have described, how each one works, and what it realistically can and cannot achieve.
Suitability questions are asked
A practitioner works through the medical history relevant to the specific treatment under discussion, rather than a generic form.
A plan is agreed
Areas, the likely number of sessions, the spacing between them, and the timeline over which change would be expected to appear.
A home appointment is arranged
A date and time that fits around your commitments, with the practitioner travelling to you at no extra charge.
Matching a concern to a treatment
Most people open with something like a stubborn area that has not responded to the gym, or bladder control that changed after childbirth. That is entirely sufficient; the translation from concern to treatment happens on the other end of the line. Localised fat that resists diet and exercise points towards fat freezing. Muscle definition, core strength and abdominal separation after pregnancy point towards body toning. Stress incontinence, an overactive bladder or postpartum pelvic floor weakness point towards incontinence treatment, delivered fully clothed in thirty-minute sessions. Changes in firmness, dryness or comfort point towards vaginal tightening. Sometimes two treatments are relevant, and the call covers how they might be sequenced.
Agreeing a plan and a date
Where a treatment is appropriate, the final part of the call is practical. Body toning generally runs to a minimum of four sessions spaced at least two days apart, with six or more for optimal results. Incontinence treatment is usually a course of six to eight, though single treatments are available. Vaginal tightening typically involves three treatments spaced around four to six weeks apart. Fat freezing often produces good results after a single session. Knowing the shape of a course matters before scheduling, because a course abandoned halfway rarely delivers what a completed one would.
What to have ready before you call
Six things that make the first conversation more productive
None of this is compulsory, and nobody will refuse to speak to you because you have not prepared. Having these to hand simply means the call can reach a conclusion in one go rather than two.
- The area or concern you want to discuss. Which part of the body, or which symptom, prompted the call. This sets the direction of the conversation and the questions that follow.
- Relevant medical history. Cold-related conditions, hernias, bleeding disorders, cardiac or pulmonary conditions, epilepsy and any active malignancy all affect which treatments are available to you.
- Any medications you take. Blood thinners in particular are a contraindication for body toning, and knowing what you take avoids a second call to check.
- Whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Both rule out fat freezing and body toning, and vaginal tightening is not recommended during pregnancy.
- Any implants or devices. Metal implants, rods, pins, orthopaedic joints and an IUD or contraceptive coil are all relevant to electromagnetic treatments such as body toning.
- Your general availability. Because most treatments run as a course with specific spacing, a rough sense of which days work for you allows a realistic schedule to be sketched out on the same call.
If you do not know the answer to one of these, say so. An uncertain answer handled openly is far safer than a confident guess, and a practitioner would always rather establish a fact than assume one.
Where appointments are available
Nationwide across the United Kingdom, in your own home
Lipo Freeze operates across the United Kingdom, with locations nationwide giving a wide range of treatments and appointment availability. Treatments are performed by UK-based practitioners, and the team behind them has over ten years of industry experience.
Appointments are delivered at the client's home, and at-home appointments are provided at no extra charge. There is no travel supplement and no call-out fee — the price of a treatment is the price of the treatment, wherever in the country you are. That model removes the journey, the waiting room and the parking entirely, and for the more personal treatments it removes the awkwardness of an unfamiliar clinical setting as well.
What can be answered by phone, and what cannot
An honest division between the two
A phone call resolves a great deal, but not everything, and it is worth being clear about where the line falls.
Answered readily over the phone
How each treatment works and what the underlying technology does. What a session feels like — the cooling and drawing sensation of a cryolipolysis applicator, the involuntary contractions of an electromagnetic paddle, or the warmth of a focused ultrasound wand. How long a session takes and how many are typically needed. The realistic timeline for visible change, which for fat freezing means around three to four weeks for early signs and eight to twelve weeks for optimal results. Common side effects, and which rarer complications are documented. Preparation and aftercare. Fat freezing pricing, which is published in full. And for every other treatment, the fact that pricing is confirmed individually because it depends on the treatment, the number of areas and the number of sessions.
Requires an in-person assessment
Whether a specific area has enough pinchable fat, or too little, for a fat freezing applicator to work with. Whether skin laxity would undermine the result. How many areas a particular body would sensibly be treated across, and in what order. Whether an existing hernia, scar or implant sits close enough to a proposed site to matter. And any borderline medical history a practitioner needs to see rather than hear about. These are judgement calls made with the area in front of the practitioner, which is why the consultation forms part of the appointment.
An important note before you call
General information is not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information about non-surgical aesthetic treatments. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified clinician who knows your history. If you have an urgent medical concern, or a symptom that is new, worsening or worrying you, please contact your own GP or the appropriate NHS service rather than an aesthetics provider.
This matters most where symptoms overlap with genuine medical conditions. Changes in bladder or bowel control, pelvic pain, unexplained swelling, a lump, bleeding, or a sudden change in an area of the body all warrant clinical assessment first. An aesthetic treatment addresses appearance, muscle tone or pelvic floor strength; it does not investigate a cause, and it should never be used as a way of avoiding that investigation.
Where a GP has already assessed you and a non-surgical treatment is something you want to explore alongside that care, being able to say what you have already been told clinically makes the suitability discussion faster and safer.
Before you pick up the phone
Reading first tends to make the conversation shorter and sharper
If you would rather understand the options before speaking to anyone, the rest of this site is written to be read in advance. The services pages set out each treatment in full, including how it works, who it suits and the contraindications that apply. The results pages explain what change realistically looks like and over what timescale. The prices page publishes the full fat freezing price list and explains why other treatments are costed individually. And why choose us covers the at-home model, the experience behind it and how treatment plans are tailored.
When you are ready, the number is 03300 105 225.
